New Creation Community Services Ltd. is a not-for-profit organisation in Singapore officially registered in 2023.
We passionately believe that every individual matters and we are committed to loving people, meeting the needs of our community, and changing lives for the better.
New Creation Community Services Ltd. was previously an outreach ministry within New Creation Church since its inception in 1984. Over time, their outreach efforts extended to aid those in need outside of Singapore.
By 2022, the church had been making an average of over 40,000 yearly connections, both locally and overseas, through programmes such as Gift Of Love, food distribution, and befriending sessions. Its beneficiaries included less privileged families, the elderly, ex-offenders, migrant workers, and more.
In 2023, the church established New Creation Community Services Ltd. as its official social service arm to deepen and create permanence in its community work and expand its reach. Moving forward, New Creation Community Services Ltd. will build on its decades of experience to fulfil its mission of loving people, one at a time.

The Grace Sanctuary is a Christian home dedicated to supporting women in need through our faith-based residential programme. We provide a nurturing environment where women and troubled youths facing addiction, challenging life circumstances, unsupported pregnancies, or other personal struggles can find hope and a new beginning.

GraceCare Befriending
Our programme reaches out to the socially isolated by befriending them and extending support to those in need. We seek to build a network of care and meaningful connections for individuals who may otherwise feel disconnected from their communities.

The GraceCare Grocery Distribution Programme is dedicated to assisting low-income individuals and families with essential supplies on a monthly basis. We hope to come alongside these individuals and families as a source of practical help and encouragement in their everyday life.
